Tassimo Coffee Maker Review
The original tassimo coffee maker was made by braun back in 2004. Tassimo decided in 2007 they wanted to give the machine a major update and decided on a different partner to build the machine and they chose Bosch. It was a very good decision to do so, the tassimo coffee brewer got a total make over plenty of great new features. The annoying loud buzzing noise is gone now and the brewing process is much faster now too!
The Tassimo Hot Beverage System and T DISCs
The tassimo hot beverage machine uses a system that is absolutely ingenius called T DISCs which are small discs that are precisely measured servings of the beverage of your choice neatly packaged and have a barcode printed on the label. 
Each T DISC can produce a unique beverage so the machine scans the barcode to determine exactly how much water to draw from the reservoir, what the brewing time should be, the exact brewing temperature and in less than one minute your beverage is perfectly brewed.
The tassimo machine also has a water filter so each and every cup you make the water is sent through a filter to super clean the water before brewing!

The tassimo coffee maker is the only hot beverage system to offer real liquid milk for making cappuccinos and latte’s. The T DISCs use a shelf stable milk that does not have to be refrigerated and the end result is the latte’s and cappuccinos taste just as though you had one made at starbucks vs the other systems that use a powdered milk which does not compare to the amazing tassimo machine!
The Tassimo Brewing Temperature
This tassimo coffee maker really does produce amazing hot beverages. The temperature of coffee for example comes out of the machine at 172-175 F which is one of the reasons that the beverages taste so good. Brewing temperature is a very important component in the process and one where most other machines simply do not come close to the tassimo hot beverage system.
